As a Life & Mindset Coach I help those who feel trapped by insecurity or overwhelmed by anxiety overcome their blocks so they can feel calm and confident again, and start living not only a normal life again, but so they can also start creating a truly fulfilling life for themselves.

As a Life & Mindset Coach it is my mission to help my clients overcome their inner blocks, limiting beliefs, and emotional wounds, so they can express themselves freely and create a happy and fulfilling life.
My background is in Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice.
I have years of experience working with those who suffer from extreme anxiety and social anxiety, those who are facing their biggest fears as they leave the security of their jobs and start their own businesses, and those who are adjusting to a new life and culture after moving abroad.
On a more personal level, I am a lifelong spiritual seeker and learner. I have gone through many of life’s ups and downs and lived in Chile, Kenya, and England.
